About the Role

SafetyWing is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join its Remote Health sales team. This role focuses on selling a B2B health insurance solution to distributed teams and decision-makers such as HR leaders and people managers.

As an early contributor to a growing product line (Remote Health USA), you won’t just sell—you’ll help shape the sales strategy, product direction, and overall go-to-market approach. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in building environments and wants to make a meaningful global impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Engage multiple stakeholders and align decision-makers throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, product, and finance teams
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients
  • Identify and overcome deal obstacles proactively
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
  • Provide customer feedback to influence product development
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth with a focus on long-term client value

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
  • Customer-first mindset with high integrity
  • Experience using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and sales automation platforms
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and curiosity about market needs
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, global team
