About the Role

Zeely AI is hiring an AI Engineer specializing in Image and Video Generation to build reliable, scalable systems for automated advertising content.

You will turn creative concepts, products, and business requirements into high-quality image and video content. You will work across generative AI models, automation workflows, prompt engineering, media processing, and creative experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve AI pipelines for image and video generation.
• Build prototypes, demos, and internal AI tools.
• Optimize text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video, and reference-based workflows.
• Develop generation workflows for UGC videos, product visuals, avatars, hooks, static ads, and other advertising formats.
• Improve visual quality, style consistency, product fidelity, and reference alignment.
• Identify and resolve generation issues such as artifacts, distortions, inconsistent outputs, poor lighting, and weak composition.
• Test new AI models, tools, and workflows and evaluate their practical value.
• Extend generative systems for new products, creative formats, and marketing use cases.
• Document prompts, parameters, models, workflows, experiments, and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, Content, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI automation, creative technology, media generation, or a related field.
• Practical experience with image and video generation workflows.
• Experience working with generative AI models across multiple use cases.
• Strong prompt engineering skills for image and video generation.
• Ability to evaluate generated content based on composition, lighting, consistency, product accuracy, and creative quality.
• Understanding of UGC, advertising content, product-focused creatives, and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience integrating AI solutions through APIs, scripts, no-code tools, low-code tools, or similar approaches.
• Ability to combine creative thinking with structured engineering practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ComfyUI, n8n, or similar AI workflow and automation tools.
• Experience with LLM and agent-based workflows.
• Experience with LoRA, fine-tuning, or model customization.
• Python or AI/ML development experience.
• Experience with ffmpeg, MoviePy, ImageIO, pydub, or similar media-processing tools.
• Experience building internal AI tools for designers, marketers, producers, or content teams.
• Background in performance marketing, AdTech, UGC, creative automation, or advertising products.
