Job Overview

BruntWork is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven B2B Data Researcher to support outbound sales initiatives by building high-quality, targeted prospect lists. This role plays a key part in driving pipeline growth by delivering accurate, relevant, and scalable lead data to sales and appointment-setting teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, data enrichment, and CRM/database management, with a strong focus on data accuracy and usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted research to identify and build prospect lists across industries such as:
  • ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) providers
  • Healthcare clinics
  • Educational institutions (schools, learning centers)
• Utilize tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source and validate leads
• Clean, verify, and enrich lead data to ensure high usability and accuracy
• Maintain a 20–40% usability benchmark for lead quality
• Identify key decision-makers (e.g., owners, directors, administrators)
• Source and validate contact details including:
  • Business emails
  • Direct phone numbers
  • Company and firmographic data
• Deliver consistent, high-quality leads to support outbound sales efforts
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records in CRM systems or spreadsheets
• Collaborate with sales and appointment-setting teams to refine targeting strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, or data research
• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io or similar tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter)
• Strong understanding of data enrichment and validation best practices
• Ability to identify and target decision-makers across industries
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or CRM platforms
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
