About the Role
We are seeking a B2B Social Media Growth Manager to lead and scale our presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on marketer who can turn insights into engaging content, grow audience engagement, and drive measurable business impact.
You will own the social media narrative end-to-end — from strategy development to content execution — helping shape how our brand and product are perceived in the global B2B SaaS space.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence through strategy, content planning, and execution
- Develop and manage thought leadership content for company and executive profiles
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality B2B content aligned with brand and product goals
- Optimize LinkedIn performance to increase reach, engagement, followers, and lead generation
- Analyze content performance and continuously refine strategy based on data insights
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Support influencer, partner, and cross-promotional content initiatives
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to keep content relevant and competitive
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B social media or content marketing (SaaS or agency experience preferred)
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn as a growth and lead-generation channel
- Experience creating content for English-speaking markets (US, UK, EU, global audiences)
- Excellent written English with strong storytelling ability (human-first, not AI-generated tone)
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize content performance
- Strong ownership, independence, and ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
- Basic design awareness and familiarity with social media tools
- Understanding of AI tools and ability to integrate them effectively into workflows
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience growing X (Twitter) accounts for B2B brands or executives
- Experience working with distributed or remote-first teams
