About the Role

We are seeking a B2B Social Media Growth Manager to lead and scale our presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on marketer who can turn insights into engaging content, grow audience engagement, and drive measurable business impact.

You will own the social media narrative end-to-end — from strategy development to content execution — helping shape how our brand and product are perceived in the global B2B SaaS space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence through strategy, content planning, and execution
  • Develop and manage thought leadership content for company and executive profiles
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality B2B content aligned with brand and product goals
  • Optimize LinkedIn performance to increase reach, engagement, followers, and lead generation
  • Analyze content performance and continuously refine strategy based on data insights
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Support influencer, partner, and cross-promotional content initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to keep content relevant and competitive

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B social media or content marketing (SaaS or agency experience preferred)
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn as a growth and lead-generation channel
  • Experience creating content for English-speaking markets (US, UK, EU, global audiences)
  • Excellent written English with strong storytelling ability (human-first, not AI-generated tone)
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize content performance
  • Strong ownership, independence, and ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Basic design awareness and familiarity with social media tools
  • Understanding of AI tools and ability to integrate them effectively into workflows
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience growing X (Twitter) accounts for B2B brands or executives
  • Experience working with distributed or remote-first teams
