About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Brand Ambassador Coordinator to lead and scale a high-impact ambassador and affiliate program for a fast-growing jewelry brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of community engagement, performance marketing, and operational excellence.

You will take full ownership of an established ambassador ecosystem—enhancing structure, driving engagement, and optimizing performance to transform the program into a scalable revenue channel.

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Management

  • Own and evolve the ambassador program structure, processes, and long-term strategy
  • Design scalable systems for onboarding, activation, engagement, and performance tracking
  • Establish consistent campaign cadence and execution frameworks

Ambassador Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all ambassador interactions
  • Develop and distribute monthly briefs, campaign guidelines, and updates
  • Foster strong relationships to ensure alignment, motivation, and ongoing participation

Affiliate Performance & Revenue Growth

  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics
  • Identify top-performing ambassadors and growth opportunities
  • Implement strategies to increase conversion rates and revenue contribution

Campaign & Content Coordination

  • Align ambassador initiatives with product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Provide clear direction on content themes, messaging, and deliverables
  • Ensure content consistency across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more

Platform & Tools Management

  • Manage ambassador and affiliate platforms (e.g., LoudCrowd, ShopMy, or similar tools)
  • Maintain organized systems for tracking, reporting, and workflow management

Reporting & Insights

  • Track KPIs such as engagement, participation, and sales performance
  • Generate actionable insights and performance reports
  • Continuously optimize program effectiveness based on data

Requirements

Experience

  • 3–5+ years in affiliate marketing, ambassador programs, partnerships, or community management
  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands is a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Familiarity with affiliate/ambassador platforms and tools
  • Deep understanding of content performance across social media platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on growth and revenue impact
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and proactive collaboration
