Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to manage transactions efficiently and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in all financial transactions while maintaining a professional and friendly interaction with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately
• Process payments via cash, POS, credit/debit cards, and other methods
• Handle product returns and exchanges in line with company policies
• Ensure correct pricing, quantities, and issuance of receipts
• Generate invoices and maintain transaction records
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
• Adhere strictly to company procedures and financial controls
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor customer issues

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification (BA/BSc/HND is an added advantage)
• 1–3 years of relevant retail or cashier experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems and electronic equipment
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Customer satisfaction–driven mindset
