About the Role
INFUSE is seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Success Representative to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive long-term relationships. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring successful delivery of services while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
This position is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about building meaningful client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client goals
- Communicate progress of campaigns and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to expand accounts
- Manage client inquiries, requests, and escalations with professionalism
- Support administrative and operational tasks (e.g., data entry, system updates, scheduling)
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively recommend improvements
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in client success, account management, hospitality, or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- High level of empathy and client-centric thinking
