Content Writer (AI Topics) at Railsware

We are seeking a Content Writer specializing in AI topics to join a fast-growing B2B tech environment. In this role, you will translate complex AI concepts and product functionality into clear, engaging, and practical content that helps businesses understand and apply AI in real-world workflows.

You will focus on creating content that demonstrates how AI drives real business value, using Coupler.io as a core product reference. The ideal candidate is curious about AI, strong in storytelling, and experienced in writing for technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content including blog articles, guides, landing pages, and educational materials
• Research complex AI and data-related topics and turn them into clear, actionable insights
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts (product, engineering, QA, marketing) to gather product knowledge and technical input
• Write content focused on real-world AI use cases and business applications
• Adapt tone, structure, and format across different content types and audience needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support content initiatives
• Track content performance and continuously optimize based on data insights

Requirements

• Proven experience writing B2B tech content (blogs, guides, ebooks, landing pages, etc.)
• Strong understanding of AI or data-related topics and ability to simplify complex concepts
• Experience working with SaaS or B2B tech products
• Excellent research, writing, and editing skills
• Ability to conduct interviews and extract insights from technical stakeholders
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage projects independently
• Fluent written and spoken English

Nice to Have

• Experience using GA4 or similar analytics tools to improve content performance
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in content creation or workflow optimization
