Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Repair Dispute Virtual Assistant to support a U.S.-based credit repair and funding business. This role focuses on executing credit dispute processes, maintaining accurate client records, and managing workflows efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments and can follow established procedures with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Dispute Management

  • Execute credit disputes in line with company procedures and compliance standards
  • File, monitor, and update disputes using dispute management tools (e.g., DisputeBox)
  • Track and meet dispute performance metrics accurately and on time
  • Maintain detailed records of all dispute activities

Client & Workflow Management

  • Manage multiple client dispute workflows simultaneously
  • Ensure all client files are up-to-date and properly documented
  • Follow clearly defined workflows and instructions
  • Support increased workload driven by business growth

Process Execution & Documentation

  • Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist in documenting processes for training and scalability
  • Provide clear updates on task progress, completion, or issues

Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in U.S. credit repair dispute processes
  • Familiarity with dispute management tools (DisputeBox preferred)
  • Understanding of dispute methods, metrics, and compliance basics
  • Comfortable working within structured systems

Work Schedule

  • Part-Time: 10 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Working hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Engagement Terms

  • Independent contractor role (not employment)
  • Governed by a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work
  • Compensation processed through 20four7VA
