Role Overview

20four7VA is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Credit Repair Dispute Virtual Assistants to support a U.S.-based credit repair and funding business. In this role, you will be responsible for executing structured credit dispute processes for active clients using established workflows and compliance guidelines.

This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in structured environments, value accuracy, and can consistently manage task-based work with minimal deviation from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

Credit Dispute Processing

  • Execute credit disputes for clients following defined procedures and compliance requirements
  • Use DisputeBox or similar platforms to file, track, and update disputes
  • Ensure dispute records are accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines

Client File & Workflow Management

  • Maintain and update client files with current dispute statuses and documentation
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy
  • Follow detailed workflows and SOPs provided by the business

Documentation & Process Support

  • Record dispute actions and maintain organized case histories
  • Assist in documenting internal processes to support scaling and onboarding
  • Communicate progress updates and flag issues as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in credit repair dispute processing (U.S. market preferred)
  • Familiarity with DisputeBox or similar credit dispute tools is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to follow structured instructions and SOPs precisely
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable handling repetitive, process-driven tasks
  • Fluent English communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with fast-growing U.S.-based credit repair businesses
  • Exposure to high-volume dispute environments
  • Familiarity with compliance standards in credit reporting workflows
