About the Role

Remote is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Associate to support users across multiple products and verticals. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience, delivering timely and high-quality support via live chat and email.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, advocating for user needs, and collaborating cross-functionally to continuously improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via email and live chat channels
  • Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently while meeting SLA targets
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries
  • Maintain high productivity standards with strong attention to detail
  • Act as the voice of the customer by identifying trends and feedback
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and optimize customer interactions
  • Navigate complex or ambiguous issues with a solution-oriented mindset

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Support or Customer Enablement in a tech or product-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for customer advocacy
  • Hands-on experience with live chat and email support tools
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and support workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team
  • Knowledge of HR, payroll, healthcare, or pension systems
