About the Role

BruntWork is looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage and grow relationships across a global customer base. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and delivering measurable valuae through our platform and services.

You’ll join a collaborative Customer Success POD that thrives on innovation, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of customers, driving engagement, retention, and satisfaction
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, health cases, and escalations
  • Deliver onboarding, product demos, and enablement sessions to support adoption
  • Proactively identify churn risks and collaborate with Sales on retention strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Support, Marketing, and Treasury teams
  • Use data insights to understand customer needs and recommend improvements
  • Lead or contribute to initiatives that enhance customer experience and processes
  • Support payment follow-ups in collaboration with Treasury for overdue accounts
  • Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a quota-carrying role (preferably SaaS/Tech)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Global Employment or Employer of Record (EOR)
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Asana, Notion, and Slack
  • Additional language skills (Spanish or Portuguese)
