Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst Admin to support our Solar Control Center operations. This role blends administrative coordination with data tracking and reporting, ensuring efficient monitoring of solar plant performance across the U.S.

You will play a key role in organizing operational data, supporting reporting processes, and enabling technical teams to focus on real-time system performance.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Operational Support

  • Track operational events, alerts, and service activities in internal systems
  • Assist with dispatch coordination and service documentation
  • Maintain accurate and organized operational records

Reporting & Documentation

  • Compile and manage spreadsheets, dashboards, and data summaries
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and recurring deliverables
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of all documentation

Administrative Coordination

  • Coordinate training schedules, certifications, and compliance tracking
  • Support meeting logistics, shift documentation, and team communication
  • Act as a liaison between control center teams and internal stakeholders

Process Improvement

  • Monitor adherence to reporting and documentation procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and data organization

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, MIS, or related field
    or equivalent experience in data/administrative support
  • Availability for part-time hours, including occasional weekends

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in operations support, dispatch, or control center environments (a plus)
