Agilon Health is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. This role is responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining data across internal systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, maintains strict confidentiality, and consistently delivers high-quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and electronic systems
  • Review records and documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Extract and organize data from electronic medical records and other sources
  • Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors
  • Maintain well-organized digital files and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
  • Adhere to company policies on data privacy, security, and confidentiality

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
  • Strong typing speed with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with healthcare data or electronic medical records
  • Familiarity with medical coding systems such as ICD-10 and CPT

Work Environment
