About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to support Walmart Seller Center operations for global clients. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality product listings, ensuring catalog accuracy, optimizing content, and managing SKU and bundle structures.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and experienced in ecommerce marketplace operations, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Walmart Catalog Management

• Maintain accurate and consistent product catalog data
• Identify and resolve listing errors, suppression issues, and inconsistencies
• Update product details including titles, attributes, and categories
• Ensure full compliance with Walmart marketplace standards

Product Listing Optimization

• Create, update, and enhance product listings in Walmart Seller Center
• Optimize titles, descriptions, images, and attributes for visibility and performance
• Troubleshoot publishing issues and listing errors

Pricing Management

• Update and monitor product pricing based on guidelines and promotions
• Track pricing performance and flag discrepancies
• Support discount and sales pricing updates

SKU Creation & Management

• Create and manage SKUs and product variations
• Ensure accurate SKU mapping and inventory tracking
• Maintain structured and organized SKU systems

Bundle Listings Management

• Create and manage product bundles and virtual kits
• Ensure correct pricing, SKU associations, and product groupings
• Update bundles based on inventory or business needs

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with Walmart Seller Center or similar platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Understanding of ecommerce catalog structures, SKUs, and product attributes
• Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot listing and catalog issues independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with bundle or virtual kit listings
• Knowledge of ecommerce listing optimization best practices
• Experience resolving listing errors or suppressions
• Analytical skills for pricing and catalog performance monitoring
