About the Role
Join Viva as an Executive Assistant and become more than administrative support—you’ll act as a strategic partner to high-growth startup executives. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Partner with up to three executives, anticipating needs, solving problems, and enabling focus on high-priority initiatives.
- Administrative Management: Oversee calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense tracking to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Operational Excellence: Assist with internal projects, reporting, workflow optimization, and process improvements.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify challenges early, propose solutions, and take initiative without constant direction.
- Business Impact: Contribute to organizational growth by improving efficiency, removing bottlenecks, and supporting key decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in an administrative or support role
- Fluent in English (C1 level or higher) with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the confidence to take ownership
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and AI-powered platforms
- Adaptability and comfort working in dynamic, remote environments
