Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Partner to lead end-to-end hiring for senior and executive-level roles across our global organization. This role is ideal for a strategic recruiter with a strong track record in executive search, talent mapping, and stakeholder management across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle executive recruitment (intake → strategy → sourcing → interviews → offer → closure)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and market intelligence across core business functions
- Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events, and targeted outreach
- Partner closely with hiring managers to design structured interview processes and evaluation frameworks
- Advise stakeholders on candidate assessment, compensation benchmarking, and hiring decisions
- Manage offer negotiations, reference checks, and closing processes
- Track and optimize recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire and quality of hire
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and consistent employer branding
- Maintain ATS data integrity and ensure compliance with GDPR and local regulations
- Coach hiring managers on best practices, including inclusive and diversity-aware hiring
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on executive search experience (in-house or retained search firm)
- Proven success hiring for Director, VP, and C-level roles
- Experience recruiting within technology sectors (SaaS, FinTech, marketplaces, consumer tech) or high-growth/high-risk industries (e.g., gaming, dating, gambling)
- Strong experience across EMEA markets; familiarity with the CIS tech landscape is an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment analytics
