Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Team Lead to build and lead a high-performing executive recruitment function. This role will focus on hiring C-level leaders, senior managers, and niche experts globally, while developing scalable processes, talent pipelines, and strategic hiring frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Search Strategy & Function Building

  • Develop and execute executive search strategies for senior leadership and specialized roles
  • Establish frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for leadership hiring
  • Drive continuous improvement across sourcing, assessment, and offer processes

Talent Mapping & Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain a global pipeline of high-potential leadership candidates
  • Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for critical roles
  • Strengthen SDG’s employer brand among executive talent

Team Leadership

  • Hire, mentor, and manage a team of executive recruiters
  • Set KPIs, SLAs, and performance standards
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with founders, C-level executives, and senior leaders
  • Lead confidential and high-impact hiring initiatives
  • Align stakeholders on role requirements and hiring strategies

Candidate Assessment & Selection

  • Design and implement structured executive assessment frameworks
  • Evaluate leadership competencies, cultural fit, and motivation

Process Optimization & Technology

  • Build and optimize end-to-end executive search processes
  • Implement ATS/CRM tools and automation for efficiency
  • Standardize workflows and reporting systems

Data & Insights

  • Develop analytics frameworks for executive hiring
  • Deliver market insights, compensation benchmarks, and hiring reports
  • Track performance metrics and optimize recruitment outcomes

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years in Executive Search, including C-level hiring
  • Proven experience in international recruitment
  • 2–3 years of leadership experience managing recruitment teams
  • Strong expertise in market mapping and talent intelligence
  • Experience building and scaling executive hiring processes
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • English (B2+) and Russian (C1+) proficiency required
