About the Role
Supabase is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Field & Events Marketing Manager to scale its global events program. This role is central to delivering high-impact event experiences—from industry conferences and trade shows to developer community meetups and flagship user events.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, and generate pipeline through well-executed in-person and virtual experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a portfolio of global events including sponsored, hosted, and community-led programs
- Evaluate event opportunities and recommend strategic investments
- Manage sponsorships, contracts, and vendor relationships
- Oversee event logistics: production, shipping, booth setup, branding, and on-site execution
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, DevRel, Design, and Operations
- Support event promotion, registration, and attendee communications
- Ensure effective lead capture and post-event follow-up
- Track performance metrics and contribute to reporting and optimization
- Build scalable processes, templates, and playbooks for future events
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in event marketing or field marketing (preferably within B2B SaaS)
- Proven ability to execute high-quality events end-to-end
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and async environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
