Role Overview

BruntWork is seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems & AI Integration Lead to join a global, fast-paced team supporting high-growth founders. This role is ideal for a finance professional who excels at building sophisticated financial models, translating complex data into strategic insights, and leveraging AI tools to enhance financial operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive three-statement financial models, rolling forecasts, and scenario analyses across multiple engagements
• Produce investor-ready financial reports, executive dashboards, and board-level presentations
• Perform detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and key performance drivers
• Transform large, complex datasets into clear and actionable insights for decision-making
• Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards using BI tools
• Identify and execute opportunities to automate and optimize financial reporting processes using AI
• Deliver ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and high-quality deliverables

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or financial modeling
• Proven experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or multi-client settings
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (complex formulas, modeling)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for financial analysis and workflow automation
• Strong expertise in data visualization and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and extract meaningful insights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
• Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA is an advantage)
