BruntWork is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Gaming Account Specialist to support a fast-growing digital gaming enterprise. In this role, you will manage player accounts, ensure seamless user experiences across multiple gaming platforms, and deliver high-quality customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management: Create, configure, and maintain player accounts across various gaming platforms.
• Payment Processing: Accurately process and verify customer payments while ensuring data integrity.
• Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via digital channels.
• Technical Assistance: Provide guidance to users on platform functionality and troubleshooting.
• Campaign Execution: Support promotional campaigns and monitor engagement activities.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of account activities and customer interactions.
• Protocol Compliance: Execute tasks in line with established operational procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Digital Initiatives: Contribute to platform improvements and ongoing digital transformation projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in gaming, customer support, or account management.
• Proficiency in Apple/macOS environment (personal Mac device required).
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail, especially in handling payments and sensitive data.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple digital platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Work Schedule

• 40 hours per week (EST)
• 5 days a week, including weekends (shift schedule to be discussed)
