Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Gaming Sales Manager to expand our international client base within the mobile gaming sector. This role involves building strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through influencer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new international clients in the mobile gaming space
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outreach, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals aligned with company objectives
  • Identify and research potential partners and business opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, campaign, and operations)
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and overall business growth

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the mobile gaming industry
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or influencer marketing campaign management
  • Strong B2B sales experience and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, especially HubSpot
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (required)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Passion for gaming, social media, and sales
