Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and execution-focused Growth Analyst – X (Twitter) to join our remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer to gain hands-on experience across content creation, social media growth, and performance analysis.

You will play a key role in shaping our voice on X (Twitter) and other digital platforms—creating engaging content, analyzing trends in the AI space, and contributing directly to our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Management:
  Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for X (Twitter) and other social platforms to drive audience growth and engagement.
• Market & Competitor Analysis:
  Research AI tools and industry trends, delivering insights that inform marketing and growth strategies.
• Community Engagement:
  Monitor social channels, respond to comments, and foster meaningful interactions with our audience.
• Content Calendar Coordination:
  Support the planning and maintenance of the marketing calendar to ensure timely and consistent execution.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  Assist in analyzing key metrics across social, email, and web channels to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing an X (Twitter) account (personal or brand)
• Strong writing and editing skills with adaptable tone and voice
• Portfolio showcasing social posts, blogs, or short-form video content
• Experience managing social media for a brand or organization
• Familiarity with content tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and thrive in a startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
