About the Role
Audiencly, a fast-growing influencer marketing agency specializing in the gaming industry, is seeking a results-driven Influencer Relations Manager to join its dynamic team. In this role, you will manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, collaborate with creators across major platforms, and drive impactful marketing initiatives for global gaming brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns from planning to delivery
- Identify, evaluate, and finalize creator lists aligned with campaign goals
- Negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms with influencers and talent agencies
- Coordinate campaign timelines, content schedules, and deliverables
- Act as the main point of contact for Account Managers on campaign execution
- Review outreach strategies and provide feedback on research and creator selection
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of campaign progress, budgets, and assets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in influencer marketing or social media management
- Strong understanding of platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
