About the Role
Canonical is seeking a Junior Ads Specialist to join its dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will support the execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, contributing directly to lead generation and business growth.

aKey Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI across channels
- Support the implementation of automation and AI-driven marketing strategies
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Canonical’s adtech stack
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in paid advertising or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
- Familiarity with analytics and campaign tracking tools
- Proven ability to run successful lead generation campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning and innovation
- Willingness to travel up to 4 times per year
