About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to support merchant onboarding, integration processes, and ongoing client engagement within the payments and iGaming space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys coordinating between clients, providers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support merchant onboarding and activation processes from initiation to completion
• Collect, verify, and transfer required documentation and data to payment providers
• Coordinate communication between merchants and providers during integration stages
• Monitor contract signing progress and system connection statuses
• Handle incoming client requests and ensure timely resolution
• Track tickets, follow up on open issues, and maintain accurate status updates
• Update internal systems, documentation, and reporting tools
• Assist in preparing business expansion proposals and client growth strategies
• Escalate complex issues to senior Account Managers when necessary

Requirements

• Experience in account management, payments, fintech, or iGaming industry is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
