Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Lead, Product Audit to support the Chief Audit Officer and senior leadership in aligning internal audit strategies with overall business goals. This role will serve as a critical control point for identifying financial, operational, and compliance risks, while leveraging data analytics to strengthen audit quality and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven internal audit projects, uncovering insights, anomalies, and risk patterns
• Enhance audit methodologies through advanced data analytics and improved sampling techniques
• Automate repetitive audit processes using scripting and analytical tools
• Support the development of audit plans, procedures, and programs
• Contribute to enterprise risk assessments with actionable data insights
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies
• Conduct audits across revenue assurance, treasury, cost optimization, and tax processes
• Prepare detailed audit reports and ensure proper documentation of audit evidence
• Track and support achievement of internal audit performance goals
• Mentor and supervise Audit Associates, building team capability
• Represent Internal Audit in cross-functional and stakeholder meetings
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by senior leadership

Requirements

• Strong expertise in data analytics, preferably using SQL and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, IDEA)
• Proven experience in revenue assurance and financial auditing
• Solid understanding of internal audit processes, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or projects
• Experience delivering data insights to senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in data analytics, audit, or financial services (or consulting)
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIA) are an advantage
