About the Role
Remote is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager, Sales Development to lead and support its EMEA-based outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally distributed company transforming international employment through innovative HR and payroll solutions.
As part of the Sales team, you will play a key role in driving qualified pipeline growth, coaching SDRs, and building high-performing outbound sales processes in a fast-paced remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor SDRs to achieve outbound pipeline generation targets
- Support team development by strengthening sales skills and performance
- Improve SDR workflows, processes, and outreach effectiveness
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and Marketing teams to improve pipeline quality
- Monitor and report on team and individual sales metrics
- Hire, onboard, and train new Sales Development Representatives
- Provide feedback on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and campaign performance
- Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading Sales Development Representatives in a fast-growing tech company
- Strong background in outbound and inbound pipeline generation
- Excellent sales and leadership skills; closing experience is a plus
- Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, and similar platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Remote work experience is an advantage
