About the Role
Remote is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager, Sales Development to lead and support its EMEA-based outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally distributed company transforming international employment through innovative HR and payroll solutions.

As part of the Sales team, you will play a key role in driving qualified pipeline growth, coaching SDRs, and building high-performing outbound sales processes in a fast-paced remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor SDRs to achieve outbound pipeline generation targets
  • Support team development by strengthening sales skills and performance
  • Improve SDR workflows, processes, and outreach effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Marketing teams to improve pipeline quality
  • Monitor and report on team and individual sales metrics
  • Hire, onboard, and train new Sales Development Representatives
  • Provide feedback on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and campaign performance
  • Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading Sales Development Representatives in a fast-growing tech company
  • Strong background in outbound and inbound pipeline generation
  • Excellent sales and leadership skills; closing experience is a plus
  • Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, and similar platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Remote work experience is an advantage
