About the Role

Micro1 is seeking experienced Mathematics Experts to help develop the next generation of AI systems. This fully remote contract opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in advanced mathematics, research, and proof writing who are excited to apply their knowledge to cutting-edge AI projects.

No prior AI experience is required. Your mathematical expertise, analytical thinking, and ability to produce high-quality technical content are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities

Create and review advanced mathematical problems, solutions, and formal proofs.
Develop rigorous content across calculus and other higher mathematics disciplines.
Evaluate and improve mathematical datasets used to train AI models.
Provide detailed technical explanations, analyses, and mathematical justifications.
Verify the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of mathematical content.
Apply research methodologies to develop and validate mathematical concepts.
Communicate complex mathematical ideas clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve AI learning performance through expert mathematical input.

Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of professional or academic experience in mathematics.
Strong knowledge of calculus, mathematical proofs, and advanced mathematical concepts.
Experience writing research papers, technical analyses, or formal mathematical documentation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience in research methodology and mathematical content development.
Previous involvement in collaborative research or international projects is an added advantage.
