Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality through comprehensive testing processes, from requirement analysis to production release. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, improve testing processes, and deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to design effective test cases
• Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test cases, checklists, and bug reports
• Perform API, functional, and regression testing across various stages of the development lifecycle
• Investigate and analyze defects, identify root causes, and document findings
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and team efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on web testing
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices
• Solid knowledge of client-server architecture
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and usability standards
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail)
• Working knowledge of Git Flow, Jira, and Confluence
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA processes
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, and XML
• Exposure to automation testing concepts is an added advantage
