Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Middle Media Buyer to lead and scale digital acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for owning the full media lifecycle—from strategic planning to execution and optimization—driving high-quality lead generation and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute end-to-end media strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and DSP platforms
  • Align campaign objectives with business goals and performance KPIs
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities in niche or regulated industrie

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
  • Monitor performance using GA4 and platform analytics, making data-driven adjustments in real time
  • Scale high-performing campaigns and reallocate budgets from underperforming channels

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and performance reports
  • Track campaign performance and drive continuous improvement (targeting consistent MoM growth)
  • Collaborate with vendors to negotiate better rates and premium placements

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in media buying (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience targeting B2B audiences and managing long sales cycles
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns using data (GA4 or similar tools)
  • Experience working within regulated or high-risk industries
  • Strong communication skills (upper-intermediate English or higher)

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with DSPs and programmatic advertising
  • Basic copywriting skills for ad creatives and testing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
