Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Middle Media Buyer to lead and scale digital acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for owning the full media lifecycle—from strategic planning to execution and optimization—driving high-quality lead generation and measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute end-to-end media strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and DSP platforms
- Align campaign objectives with business goals and performance KPIs
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities in niche or regulated industrie
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
- Monitor performance using GA4 and platform analytics, making data-driven adjustments in real time
- Scale high-performing campaigns and reallocate budgets from underperforming channels
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and performance reports
- Track campaign performance and drive continuous improvement (targeting consistent MoM growth)
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate better rates and premium placements
Requirements
Must-Have
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in media buying (agency experience preferred)
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience targeting B2B audiences and managing long sales cycles
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns using data (GA4 or similar tools)
- Experience working within regulated or high-risk industries
- Strong communication skills (upper-intermediate English or higher)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with DSPs and programmatic advertising
- Basic copywriting skills for ad creatives and testing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
