Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Operations Lead to drive operational excellence across our onboarding and mobility functions. This role blends HR operations, systems optimisation, and process improvement, ensuring scalable and efficient global onboarding experiences.
You will act as a key operational partner to leadership, owning initiatives that improve workflows, enhance systems, and deliver measurable performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational improvements across onboarding and mobility workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex operational issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, IT) to implement system and automation enhancements
- Analyse operational data, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support onboarding teams during escalations and contribute to root cause analysis and documentation
- Translate operational needs into technical solutions, including workflow automation and system configuration
- Partner with leadership to improve SOPs, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Drive projects from initiation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goal
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations, onboarding, or related functions
- Strong experience working in global, distributed environments
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage end-to-end projects
- Solid understanding of HR systems, workflow automation, and process optimisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver system improvements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, asynchronous environments
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
