About the Role
ReWorks Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. In this role, you will play a key part in integrating employees into the organization, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and set up for success from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end onboarding processes for new employees
- Develop, update, and maintain onboarding materials including guides, checklists, and training resources
- Partner with cross-functional teams to customize onboarding experiences based on role and department
- Facilitate orientation sessions and training on company culture, policies, and systems
- Track onboarding progress and provide insights and feedback to management
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their initial employment period
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and overall employee experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in onboarding, training, or human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using onboarding platforms and digital collaboration tools
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
