Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Organic Growth Strategist to lead high-impact SEO and content initiatives for B2B clients. This role goes beyond traffic generation—you will focus on driving pipeline, conversions, and revenue.
You’ll own client strategy, lead cross-functional execution, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders while experimenting with innovative growth approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with revenue and business outcomes
- Lead client engagements, acting as the strategic point of contact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing leaders and executives
- Analyze performance using data, attribution models, and dashboards
- Conduct SEO audits, competitive research, and opportunity analysis
- Collaborate with content, analytics, and CRO teams to deliver integrated growth strategies
- Drive innovation through testing, experimentation, and R&D initiatives
- Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and measurable impactTime Allocation

Requirements
- Proven experience in SEO, content strategy, and organic growth for B2B or SaaS companies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, dashboards, and attribution
- Ability to connect SEO efforts to revenue, pipeline, and conversions
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders (CMOs, VPs, CEOs)
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, content marketing, and CRO
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and collaborative environment
