About the Role

20four7VA is hiring an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Appointment Setter to support a growing digital marketing agency serving small businesses in markets like the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Australia.

This role is heavily focused on revenue generation through outbound sales activities. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.

There is also opportunity for growth, including expanding responsibilities or helping build a larger outbound team over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients
• Generate and qualify leads
• Schedule appointments and book meetings for the sales team
• Follow established scripts, workflows, and sales processes
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
• Track call outcomes and manage follow-ups
• Provide regular updates on progress and performance

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
• Strong verbal communication and conversational English
• Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Ability to handle objections professionally
• Familiarity with CRM tools and dialers (or willingness to learn)
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on hitting targets

Nice to Have

• Experience working with digital marketing agencies
• Background in B2B or service-based sales
• Spanish language proficiency (not required)

Tools & Support

• Access to CRM, dialing systems, and necessary tools provided
• Setup support available if needed

Work Schedule

• 20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Working hours aligned with EST (to be finalized)

Engagement Terms

• Independent contractor role (not full-time employment)
• Governed by a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work
• Performance expectations and deliverables defined per engagement
