Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and relationship-driven Partner Account Manager fluent in Chinese, Russian, and English to manage partner operations, drive performance improvements, and ensure high-quality content and service delivery across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end partner management: from goal setting and execution to performance monitoring and reporting
  • Analyze partner performance metrics, reports, and data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve content quality and operational efficiency
  • Manage partner relationships through CRM systems (Bitrix), including handling complex or non-standard requests
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance processes, tools, and workflows
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to partner operations and reporting

Requirements

  • Fluency in Chinese (C1), Russian (C1), and English (B2 or higher)
  • Proven experience in account management, partner relations, or operations
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with contractors, partners, and handling claims/issues
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and data analysis
  • Confident user of Google Workspace tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
