We are seeking a Product Auditor to serve as the independent assurance layer for our payment systems, wallets, and settlement infrastructure. In this role, you will ensure our products are secure, scalable, compliant, and financially accurate before and after they go live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Assurance & Design Review: Evaluate payment products (wallets, card systems, settlement engines) to ensure strong financial, operational, and security controls from design to deployment.
  • Go-Live Validation: Act as the final checkpoint for product releases, ensuring reconciliation logic, environment segregation, and controls meet required standards.
  • Settlement & Revenue Integrity: Monitor end-to-end fund flows across internal systems, banks, and payment partners to ensure complete accuracy and prevent revenue leakage.
  • Infrastructure & Access Controls: Assess IAM policies, production access, and cloud security configurations to safeguard critical systems.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS) and applicable financial regulations.
  • Incident & Root Cause Analysis: Lead post-incident investigations, identifying root causes and driving long-term preventive solutions.
  • Risk Reporting: Maintain product risk registers and deliver clear, data-driven insights to executive leadership and audit committees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, internal audit, or revenue assurance within financial services or top-tier consulting.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of revenue assurance, reconciliation processes, and audit frameworks.
  • Experience applying generative AI tools to enhance analysis and automation is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical or financial risks.
  • High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
