About the Role

Growe Talents is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing international marketing company operating in the highly competitive iGaming space. With a strong focus on expansion across Asia, the team delivers end-to-end marketing solutions—from market research and strategy to high-performing digital campaigns.

We are looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of the full product lifecycle, drive measurable growth, and deliver exceptional user experiences in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full product lifecycle: discovery, ideation, development, and optimization
• Drive growth through improved conversion rates, engagement, and user experience
• Conduct A/B testing and leverage analytics to inform product decisions
• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and funnel metrics
• Identify market opportunities through competitor and industry research
• Define product requirements, user stories, and use cases
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and development teams
• Deliver innovative features that enhance player experience in the iGaming space

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Product Management (preferably in iGaming or similar digital industries)
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX research and user behavior analysis
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Hotjar, Tableau, and Google Analytics
• Solid understanding of product metrics, funnels, event tracking, and KPIs
• Experience in market research and competitor analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher
