Role Overview

Supabase is hiring an AI-fluent Product Marketing Manager to lead enterprise go-to-market (GTM) strategy, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering—driving how Supabase positions itself and wins in enterprise markets.

You’ll combine technical depth with strategic marketing, using AI tools and custom code to scale insights, messaging, and competitive programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise positioning and messaging
• Build and manage competitive intelligence programs (battle cards, win/loss analysis, market tracking)
• Develop sales enablement materials (pitch decks, ROI models, whitepapers, technical briefs)
• Create and execute enterprise GTM strategies and playbooks
• Use AI tools and LLMs to automate research, insights, and content generation
• Develop scripts/utilities (Python/JavaScript) for:
  • Competitive tracking
  • Market analysis
  • Deal intelligence
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to refine messaging and product direction
• Conduct market research and customer interviews
• Own enterprise-focused content (case studies, migration guides, technical documentation)
• Track and optimize key metrics (pipeline influence, win rates, engagement)
• Support pricing and packaging strategies

Requirements

Core Experience

• 5+ years in Product Marketing (B2B SaaS or enterprise focus)
• Strong experience in:
  • Sales enablement
  • Competitive intelligence
  • Enterprise GTM strategy
• Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or PLG environments preferred
• Experience working in high-growth or startup environments

Technical & AI Skills (Essential)

• Advanced use of LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)
• Ability to write code (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Experience automating workflows and research using AI
• Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and database technologies

Other Skills

• Excellent communication and storytelling ability
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Experience with enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder sales
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely
