Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Owner (Customer Experience) to join our CX division. In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, drive product improvements, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance user experience across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify product growth opportunities through data analysis, user research, and insights
- Detect bottlenecks and recommend scalable improvements
- Develop and validate product hypotheses with clear success metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and analytics teams
- Manage product backlog, priorities, and delivery timelines
- Oversee execution from concept to launch, ensuring efficient delivery
- Analyze experiment outcomes and product performance metrics
- Continuously iterate and optimize based on insights and user feedback
Requirements
- Strong experience in product ownership or product management
- Ability to formulate hypotheses and define product requirements
- Proven track record of driving product delivery end-to-end
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and validation
- Solid understanding of product metrics and growth strategies
- Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
