Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Project Manager to support the execution of strategic product initiatives. In this role, you will help translate high-level concepts into well-coordinated, actionable plans while improving operational efficiency across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Track and drive initiatives across the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Process Optimization: Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement efficient, scalable solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Project Coordination: Manage timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication across product workstreams.
• Data & Insights: Build dashboards, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Governance & Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and internal knowledge bases.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply and adapt project management methodologies (Agile, Lean) in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in project coordination, operations, or junior project management roles
• Experience in fintech, banking, or fast-paced tech environments is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Jira, or Notion
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
