Role Overview

ReWorks Solutions is seeking a results-driven QA Supervisor to lead our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet established quality standards before delivery. You will oversee QA processes, implement effective testing strategies, and mentor team members to promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring high performance and accountability
• Develop, implement, and optimize QA processes and testing strategies
• Monitor and evaluate product quality across all stages of development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to support decision-making
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and quality standards
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development for QA team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in QA or software testing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders
• Experience with QA metrics, reporting, and performance tracking
