Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Risk Analyst to strengthen our risk and fraud prevention capabilities. In this role, you will design and optimize risk models, develop fraud detection strategies, and leverage data-driven insights to support business growth while safeguarding customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, clean, and structure datasets for advanced risk analysis and modeling
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve risk assessment frameworks and decisioning strategies
  • Own the lifecycle of machine learning models, including LLM-based applications
  • Develop and enhance fraud detection systems using rule-based and predictive approaches
  • Define and monitor key risk and business KPIs; translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Build automated dashboards and monitoring systems for proactive risk management
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to embed risk controls into user journeys
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in analytics and risk modeling

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (Master’s preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in risk analytics, data analytics, or similar roles in fintech or banking
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong hands-on experience with Python
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, risk modeling, and machine learning techniques
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
