Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design and build high-impact features that enhance both patient and provider experiences. As part of a small, high-performing team, you will take ownership of key product areas and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver continuous improvements.
This role offers significant autonomy, direct user feedback exposure, and the opportunity to shape product direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
- Take ownership of specific product areas and drive feature development end-to-end
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in client conversations to gather real-world feedback and insights
- Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and user experience
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven track record of delivering impactful product features
- Strong full-stack development capabilities
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities
