Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President, Technology & Engineering to lead and scale our technology organization at Resolv Healthcare. This executive role will oversee engineering, development operations, IT infrastructure, and client-facing technical support functions.
You will lead a team of 30+ technical professionals, ensuring operational excellence while driving innovation, including the advancement of Resolv Core, our next-generation AI-enabled platform transforming healthcare revenue cycle operations.
This role requires a strategic leader who can balance innovation with operational stability while collaborating closely with senior leadership, particularly the VP of R&D.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Technology Leadership
- Lead the overall technology organization, including engineering, IT operations, and client support
- Set strategic priorities and ensure alignment with business goals
- Drive accountability, performance, and operational excellence across teams
Engineering & Platform Strategy
- Provide strategic oversight for all software development initiatives
- Partner with the VP of R&D on AI-driven platform development (Resolv Core)
- Ensure adoption of scalable architecture, modern development practices, and quality standards
IT Operations & Client Support
- Oversee internal systems and client-facing technology operations
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across platforms
- Maintain strong service levels for issue resolution and technical support
Technology Project Delivery
- Lead execution of large-scale, cross-functional technology projects
- Establish governance, timelines, and resource allocation frameworks
- Ensure consistent delivery and measurable outcomes
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of 30+ professionals
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Strengthen leadership capability across engineering and operations teams
Strategic Initiatives & Innovation
- Drive expansion of AI, automation, and data platform capabilities
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through system integration and automation
- Support integration of technology from acquisitions and new services
Financial & Operational Management
- Own and manage the technology budget (labor, infrastructure, development)
- Align technology investments with business growth and profitability targets
- Drive cost optimization through automation and platform consolidation
- Ensure all initiatives deliver measurable ROI
Requirements
Required Experience
- 12–15+ years in senior technology leadership roles
- Proven experience managing large technical teams (20+ staff)
- Strong background in complex, multi-system technology environments
- Experience leading technology operations within a service-based organization
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Experience working with distributed/global teams
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare technology or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience
- Familiarity with Practice Management (PM) systems or healthcare integrations
- Exposure to AI, automation, or data platform initiatives
- Experience in multi-platform or acquisition-driven environments

- Salary: $165,000 – $175,000 USD + Performance Bonus
