Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Staff Engagement Manager to join our Enterprise Engagement team. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact between enterprise stakeholders and internal technical teams, ensuring the organization is focused on solving high-impact business challenges.

You will partner with leadership across departments to identify, analyze, and prioritize business needs, translating them into actionable solutions that drive measurable outcomes and support company-wide transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between enterprise stakeholders and internal teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional leaders
  • Analyze complex business challenges and determine solution viability and ROI
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Business Analysts, and Agile teams to define and deliver solutions
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, timelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Drive alignment on business priorities and contribute to strategic roadmaps
  • Communicate trends, insights, and emerging business needs across teams
  • Track and report on performance metrics, OKRs, and transformation outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Strong ability to distinguish between business problems and proposed solutions
  • Proven experience in business analysis and/or product ownership
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
  • High level of integrity, ownership, and collaboration
  • Advanced or bilingual English proficiency (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing or stakeholder management role
  • Experience in technology or software environments
  • Proven ability to work with senior leadership (Director to C-suite)
  • Experience building scalable processes and improving operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
