Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Artist who will act as a bridge between the art and development teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology, ensuring seamless integration of visual elements into high-performing game products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and developers to integrate visual assets into the game engine.
• Build and compose game screens for multiple aspect ratios using internal development tools.
• Develop and implement visual effects, animations, and shaders in partnership with the development team.
• Create high-quality visual mockups based on Game Design Documents (GDD) and ensure accurate in-game implementation.
• Optimize graphics and visual elements to balance performance and quality across platforms.
• Identify and implement creative solutions that enhance overall player experience.
• Contribute to improving workflows and pipelines between art and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience with game development tools such as Unity, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, or similar.
• Solid understanding of adapting graphics for various screen sizes and resolutions.
• Basic knowledge of game development principles and real-time rendering.
• Experience with visual effects, including animations, shaders, and particle systems.
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of technical constraints.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian is required.
