About the Role

VIKTech LLC is looking for a highly organized and dependable Virtual Personal Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to streamline daily workflows, manage communications, and ensure efficient execution of business operations.

This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling
  • Monitor, organize, and respond to email inbox communications
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records
  • Organize and manage digital files using Google Drive and similar tools
  • Support research tasks and prepare basic reports as needed
  • Coordinate meetings, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks

Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as Notion, Slack, or Trello
  • Basic understanding of business operations or startup environments

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $44,000 – $54,000 per year (based on experience)
