About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support a dynamic CEO in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is critical to ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run efficiently, from managing schedules and communications to coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

You will serve as a strategic partner, helping streamline workflows, prioritize tasks, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution
  • Oversee inbox management by filtering, prioritizing, and drafting email communications
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups for meetings

Project & Operations Coordination

  • Track and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects to ensure timely execution
  • Monitor progress, deadlines, and deliverables across teams
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the CEO

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Draft and send professional communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment and clarity across teams and leadership

Personal & Administrative Support

  • Manage travel arrangements, appointments, and personal scheduling
  • Assist with personal tasks and projects while maintaining confidentiality
  • Ensure seamless coordination between personal and professional priorities

Team Support

  • Facilitate communication between leadership and internal teams
  • Support team operations and provide administrative assistance where needed

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
  • Proven experience in calendar management, communications, and project coordination
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-demand environments

Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
