About the Role

ReWorks Solutions is seeking a skilled and proactive ABA Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) roles. This position is ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience in healthcare or behavioral services, who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and can work US hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for ABA roles including RBTs, BCBAs, BCaBAs, and support staff
• Source candidates via job boards, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate pipelines
• Build relationships with universities, training programs, and professional networks
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring performance
• Support onboarding processes where required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare or ABA services
• Familiarity with ABA roles (RBT, BCBA, BCaBA)
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
